I’m Meg Knight — Director of Learning & Operations (International) at Online Education Services (OES), where I oversee online program delivery across Australia, the US, the UK, and South Africa.
Before OES, I spent seven years as Global COO at Construct, building educational programs through the AI transition. Before that, I co-founded several EdTech organisations in South Africa, which is where I first learned that good intentions and good learning design are not the same thing.
I write here because the conversations I find most interesting — about how we actually know learning has happened, about what workforce alignment really requires of a curriculum, about why the online/campus binary is a distraction — aren’t happening loudly enough in the places where decisions get made.
