Meg Knight is an experienced leader who has scaled businesses from zero to 30 people, and from 30 people to 200, profitably, sustainably and with consciousness, compassion and curiosity.
She has a mix of deep educational expertise, as well as an entrepreneurial experience that ensures all decisions are strategically appropriate and financially astute.
On two different occasions, she has led a team to build a learner management system that both solved a specific learner need as well as made business sense and so understands the implications and limitations of technology as a solution.
In her leadership roles, specifically during rapid scaling during the covid pandemic, she has become a people-first leader, and fundamentally lives the reality of the importance of relationships for achieving business and personal success.
